Terms and conditions relating to use of cuuble

Terms and conditions relating to the use of cuuble, including our cuuble cloud, desktop, village and enterprise products will be made available through their registration pages when used or via contract provision.

Delivery times

In the case of a cuuble cloud product, you should be able to access your selected cuuble product immediately after registration or in the case of a residential, village or enterprise  installation, its access is subject in each case to network availability (for which we do not assume responsibility, but will be able to advise as to requirements).

Return and refund policy

In addition to any assistance or support that we agree to provide to you under the terms and conditions of the applicable cuuble product, to the extent (if any) required by law we will accept a return of our product or provide a refund. However we do not accept returns, or give refunds, merely because you change your mind.

Credit card and payment security

Our payment system utilises fully certified payment gateways that are provided by reputable third parties. We do not retain credit card details, only records of the payment transaction.
